The main business journey we take you on is using our business Bare Kind as a case study. Bare Kind is an e-commerce sock company, we sell bamboo socks where 10% of the profits are donated to help save the animal on the sock.

Lucy started the company in 2018 whilst working full time at HSBC. Since then the business has grown each year. In 2020 Lucy quit her job to pursue the life of an entrepreneur, that year we made £20,000 revenue.

In 2021 Bare Kind hired two employees, launched 12 new sock designs, moved operations from Lucy’s parent’s house to a warehouse, raised £50,000 investment and we turned over £203,000.

In 2022 the team and sock range continued to grow, we got stocked in over 550 retailers across 3 continents, David Attenborough has our socks (!!), our radio ads were played to millions across the UK, and our socks were shown on the final of Strictly Come Dancing. We turned over £540,000.
