Customer Service vs Marketing Messages
Customer service reps cannot be the same people to send marketing messages on your account. We've seen this happen a lot, we have experienced it ourselves. There is a reason they can't be the same person. People running your customer service are reactive, and they are required to work harder the more customers you receive, so the job of messaging customers to increase re-order rate needs to lie with a marketing team or an account manager because their role requires more proactivity. Trust us, we've learned the hard way.
Content for Faire first.
It used to be that content would be created elsewhere in the business, for the many different channels us business owners have to compete on now. Faire would be secondary to this, so most of the time it would receive the second hand content or sometimes there would be bespoke content made for Faire.
The tides are changing though, and Faire content is starting to come first. We are see many of our brands take the content we build for their Faire account and use it in ads elsewhere. Bespoke Faire content is working on Meta people - make the most of it!
UGC continues to triumph
Speaking of content across multiple channels, we are seeing some massive pushes for UGC content across brands large and small. If you are one of those brands who is diving deep into the world of UGC content - make sure you upload it to your Faire account too. Video AND photo UGC are working well on there. And the good news is you probably already have the content locked and loaded, just upload it to your listings - easy win!
