Americana continues to have its moment

We called this early, and we are seeing brands do extremely well with American-themed products right now. Some brands were hesitant to lean into the theme, but the numbers are proving otherwise: Americana is making money.

Faire has now called this out as a trend in its own marketing too, and with Fourth of July approaching, we expect USA-themed goods to continue trending upwards. If this fits your brand, now is the time to lean in.

We couldn't agree more with this latest blog post from Faire. The strongest retailer partnerships we see are the ones where brands are proactive about helping retailers sell through. Because ultimately, their sales increase is your sales increase too.

Faire is incredibly easy to use, but that ease can also make wholesale partnerships feel more transactional. The brands that continue to build genuine relationships with their retailers are the ones that will win long term.

Now that we have the ability to use GIFs in Faire emails, you can bet we are using them like they're going out of fashion.

We've started deploying GIFs in email headers for some brands, and they stand out instantly compared to static emails. You don't need to go crazy or make them super flashy either. Simple GIFs with small, on-brand movements can be just as effective.

A few ideas: changing the background colour, wiggling the product, adding moving elements around the product itself, or using the product's own movement as the hook. Think a jar opening, a skirt twirling, a light turning on and off — you get the idea.
