The Business

We took on this account in 2024 when the founder came to us with growing pains and general overwhelm from an ever-growing to do list. The founder makes home and kitchen goods in her own studio based in the US and had seen some success on Faire but realised she didn’t have the time to optimise her account to its full potential.

The Challenge

Drive profitable growth within first 3 months: Increase orders by 10% MoM whilst maintaining over 60% gross margin.

In this case, the business owner was hungry for more sales but she wanted to focus on what she was best at and also enjoyed the most which was the design and manufacturing of the products. She handed the reigns over to us so that we could grow her Faire account and manage the many actions that have to occur on the account on a weekly, daily and monthly basis to keep the algorithm happy. This meant ensuring that she could outsource to us, sell at a larger scale and still maintain a healthy margin whilst growing. A challenge we rose to!
