Candid Founders

Before Candid Founders became an agency, we were product founders trying to work out how to grow beyond paid ads, trade shows and inconsistent wholesale outreach. Faire became the channel that changed everything for us — helping our sock brand become one of the fastest-growing in Europe on the platform.

Now, we help other ambitious product brands do the same.

Through our YouTube channel, our book How to Get More Sales on Faire, and our done-for-you Faire growth service, we give founders the strategy, support and specialist team they need to turn Faire into a serious growth channel — without adding more to their plate.

Andy leads operations at Candid Founders, making sure every client has the structure, support and specialist team needed to grow properly on Faire.

With 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, and 15+ years in start-up marketing, Andy brings the commercial thinking behind the work we do. He understands the numbers, the systems and the moving parts that sit behind sustainable growth.

His role is to make sure you get the benefit of a full Faire growth team working for your brand — without the time, cost or hassle of managing one yourself.

Lucy leads content and marketing at Candid Founders, bringing the brand thinking, creativity and customer understanding behind the work we do for clients.

If you found us through YouTube, you have probably heard from Lucy already. She has spent the last seven years building her own product brand and, before that, worked in customer experience.

At Candid Founders, Lucy helps shape the creative direction behind each client’s Faire account, from brand identity and product positioning to marketing calendars, campaign ideas and retailer-facing content.
