THE BRAND

Chicago roots. Jaipur craftsmanship. A story worth sharing.

Founded by Pam Green after a nursing career in Chicago, Anokhi Green brings her love of India and natural gemstones into colorful, small-batch jewelry made with artisan partners in Jaipur.

Our job was to translate that personal story into a wholesale experience retailers could discover, shop and share with their own customers.

TWO CHAPTERS OF GROWTH

Build a partnership worth coming back for.

We began working with Anokhi Green on 18 June 2025. Chapter one focused on the foundations: brand storytelling, product organization, photography, discoverability and retailer communication.

Our aim was simple: make the wholesale experience so strong that the brand—and its retailers—would want to keep coming back.

Anokhi Green returned in early 2026, with the renewed partnership underway between February and March. Chapter two built on those foundations with ongoing account management and fresh creative, leading to a record sales month in July—2.8 times February’s sales.

CHAPTER ONE / BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS

Make the brand easier to find. Easier to trust. Easier to buy.

Anokhi Green already had a compelling product and a clear creative point of view. Our first job was to translate that into a consistent wholesale experience on Faire.

We organized the catalog around retail-friendly collections, clarified product copy and gemstone storytelling, and created a more cohesive visual experience. Seasonal email campaigns and retailer messaging gave the improved storefront a route back into buyers’ conversations.

FAIRE SHOP & COLLECTIONS

A coherent shop, with a clearer way into the range.

A refreshed cover and seasonal collections—including Summer Candy Opal, Summer Bright Gemstone and Modern Hoops—made the catalog easier to explore. Product copy clarified materials, sizing and gemstone meaning.

CHAPTER TWO / THE RETURN IN 2026

Build on the foundations. Keep the account moving.

When Anokhi Green came back, we had a stronger storefront to build on. The next chapter kept listings, seasonal collections and creative moving together. Acquisition targeted gift shops, boutiques and fashion-accessory stores; follow-up supported first orders, abandoned carts and reorders.

Seasonal storefront banners gave retailers a fresh buying story while keeping the brand’s identity consistent.

THE 2026 CREATIVE WORK

Make every product page work harder.

Product pages need to do more than look beautiful. They need to show what makes the jewelry different, explain the materials and details, and help buyers see how pieces can work together.

In September, we created product-specific infographics for 84 products and zoomed-in imagery for 44 products.

IN PAM’S WORDS

A professional wholesale presence that still feels like her brand.

TESTIMONIAL

Working with Candid Founders has been a true turning point for Anokhi Green. They helped me take everything I love about my brand—my story, my Jaipur artisans, and the beauty of natural gemstones—and translate it into a wholesale presence that feels professional yet still true to me.

From organizing my products into clear collections and creating seasonal campaigns, to refining my copy so it consistently reflects my values, and even optimising my photography so buyers can really see the quality of each piece, they made my Faire shop easier for boutiques to shop and trust. I especially appreciate how they kept my voice intact while building in strategies like tiered incentives and email marketing that I wouldn’t have had the time or expertise to develop myself.

Thanks to Candid, Anokhi Green now shines on Faire in a way that matches the heart behind the jewelry.

WHAT THIS CASE SHOWS

A stronger brand experience supports a stronger wholesale business.

Translate the story. Keep the founder’s voice and artisan roots visible, while giving retailers clear reasons to stock the range.

Make the catalog easier to shop. Consistent imagery, product detail, FAQs and seasonal collections help buyers move from interest to an assortment.

Give people a reason to return. Merchandising ideas and targeted follow-up support the retailer after the order, while ongoing creative keeps the range fresh.

Build a partnership worth continuing. Chapter one strengthened the foundations. Anokhi Green’s return gave us the opportunity to build on that work, reaching a new sales peak and a wider purchasing base in chapter two.
