The Business

When Aratta came to us, they were already killing the game with their brand. A beautiful product that was so in demand they had orders coming out of their ears. And that is why they needed our help!

The Challenge

Although this brand was already doing really well, the operations were struggling and the account itself on faire was in bad health due to so many shipments being marked as late. The founder knew she needed some support with Faire but just hadn't found people she could trust to hand the reigns of her Faire account over to - until we came in.

The Rebrand

This brand had a product that did most of the talking, so alongside our SEO, email marketing and account management, our graphic design team performed a rebrand for the entire Faire account.

For Aratta, we developed a full rebranding proposal based on deep market and competitor research.

We analyzed the current brand across all touchpoints, from logo and visual identity to social media and packaging, and identified key areas where the brand wasn’t fully reflecting the level and uniqueness of the product.

Through extensive market research, we looked at how both direct competitors and aspirational brands position themselves, especially in the “affordable luxury” space. This helped us define clear opportunities for Aratta to elevate its perception and stand out more strategically.

From there, we built a direction focused on stronger visual consistency, clearer storytelling, and a more elevated brand experience. This included refining the visual identity, improving the Instagram feed to feel more cohesive and premium, and upgrading packaging to match the product value.

The goal was to align everything under one clear, recognizable brand world that feels more elevated, intentional, and competitive in today’s market.

We leveraged the brand further.

For Aratta, we used graphics as a strategic tool to communicate their core values and brand story in a clear, visual way.

In today’s landscape, customers don’t read brands, they experience them. That’s why it’s essential that values like creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality are instantly visible, not hidden in text. Through graphics, we translated these ideas into a consistent visual language that reflects Aratta’s artistic and free-spirited identity.

Style Guides.

For Aratta, we also created “how to wear” graphics to make their pieces feel easier to style in real life.

Because the brand is very creative and layered, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for customers. So we showed simple ways to style the pieces using basics everyone already has, like a white t-shirt or a pair of jeans. This helps customers see that they don’t need a whole new wardrobe to wear Aratta.

The idea was to make the brand feel more approachable, while still keeping that bold, artistic style that makes it special.

Levelling up the packaging.

We also redesigned Aratta’s packaging to elevate the overall brand experience.

Before, products were delivered in simple plastic bags. We introduced branded packaging with thoughtful details like a thank you card, creating a more premium and sensory unboxing moment.

Because everything starts with packaging, this shift helps immediately increase the perceived value of the product and makes the brand feel more considered, special, and aligned with its artistic identity.
