The orders are sporadic.
You’ve had a few sales, but you’re still waiting for wholesale to become a consistent part of the business.
New to Faire, or still finding your feet?
You have products you believe in. Now you need the right retailers to discover them, place that first order and come back for more.
Whether you’re launching or sales have been slow, we help build the shop, retailer relationships and everyday work behind a stronger Faire business.
A new Faire shop can look full of possibility. Then the first few weeks bring more questions: are the right buyers finding you? Is the range easy to order? What should you work on next?
A quiet account gives you something to investigate. We help you understand the gaps and put a practical plan behind the opportunity.
You’ve had a few sales, but you’re still waiting for wholesale to become a consistent part of the business.
Listings, search terms, pricing, outreach, emails. Everything looks important, and it’s hard to know where to begin.
Making products and fulfilling orders already take your time. Building a new sales channel needs attention too.
Build the foundations for the next order
Retailers need to picture your products in their shop and feel confident about placing an order. Your Faire account has to answer their questions as well as introduce the brand.
We connect the offer, the presentation and the work of finding suitable stores.
Clear pricing, margins, case sizes and order minimums help a buyer see how your products could work in their business.
Useful imagery, product details, collections and your brand story help retailers choose an assortment with confidence.
Search-focused listings and targeted retailer outreach give the right buyers more opportunities to discover your range.
Buyer support, follow-up and seasonal communication help you develop the relationships behind repeat orders.
Real brands. Different starting points.
These brands needed to build a wholesale channel, find their first stockists or make their products easier for boutiques to buy. Here’s the work we did together and the results recorded in their case studies.
Float2Infuse · Starting from zero
Float2Infuse began as a new business with a floating tea infuser and no Faire retailer customers. Its founder wanted to focus on inventing products while a team took responsibility for the wholesale channel.
We worked across shop presentation, product assortment, retailer acquisition and ongoing communication. The case study records growth to 731 retailer customers and a 59% repeat purchase rate.
The range also expanded from five SKUs to around 500, giving buyers more choice and more reasons to return.
Voyager Silk · A new Faire account
Voyager Silk’s recorded Faire sales history began in February 2026. We started managing the account in March, helping retailers understand the scarf range through product education, styling imagery and clearer collections.
Alongside the visual work, we researched relevant stores, ran seasonal retailer emails and maintained the account. By 5 October 2026, 176 retailers had bought from the brand, in under eight months.
July monthly sales reached 7.4 times the March level. Sales then eased, with September still at 3.8 times March. The account snapshot also recorded a 33% repeat purchase rate.
Wild and Woman · Moving into boutiques
Wild and Woman already had a distinctive fragrance brand. The next step was to translate its story into a Faire experience that independent boutiques could understand and buy into.
We worked with founder Umbelina on the storefront, search-focused product descriptions, scent imagery, retailer education and boutique outreach.
The case study reports new retail partners and repeat purchases. Its August 2025 review summary shows a 5.0 average rating across 22 retailer reviews, with five-star scores for quality, fulfilment and communication.

Founder storytelling and product education brought together for the wholesale buyer.
“They have always believed in me and my product.”

We’ve been at the beginning too
Before Candid Founders, Lucy and Andy built Bare Kind’s wholesale business. We started with fewer than ten designs, no barcodes and packaging that couldn’t hang in a shop.
We developed the range, improved the wholesale offer and kept building retailer relationships. Bare Kind went from zero to more than 1,000 retailers in its first two years on Faire.
That experience shapes how we work with a founder who has a good product and a long list of things to figure out.
